Terms of use
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms cover echo-ui.com, Echo's registry and its hosted MCP server, all run by Nawwara Studio LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. Using them means you accept these terms.
The code is yours to use
Echo's components, echo-ui-core, the CLI, the MCP server and the plugin are open source under the
MIT licence. The licence, not this page, says what you may do with the code.
The services are offered as they are
The site, the registry and the hosted server are free. They come with no warranty: they may change, be unavailable, or stop. To the extent the law allows, Nawwara Studio LLC isn't liable for losses from using them.
Use them fairly
Don't try to overload, disrupt or break into them, and don't use them to do anything unlawful. Automated access is fine within the hosted server's rate limit; requests past it are refused for a few seconds. If you find a security problem, report it privately to support@echo-ui.com.
What you send stays yours
Code you send to the check, and styles you wear, remain yours. The privacy policy says how they're handled: they aren't kept.
AI tools
When you use Echo through ChatGPT, Claude or another AI tool, that tool's own terms apply to it too. Echo isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Changes, and contact
If these terms change, this page changes, with a new date at the top. Questions go to support@echo-ui.com.
